1. Access. Upon purchase, you receive a single-user login to the CMPCprep.com study platform for 6 months from the date of purchase. Access expires automatically at the end of this period.
2. Permitted Use. Your account is for your personal use only. You may not share, transfer, sell, or provide access to any other individual. Account sharing will result in immediate access revocation without refund.
3. Intellectual Property. All content — including questions, explanations, flashcards, and reference materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of CMPCprep.com. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use in any form is strictly prohibited.
4. No Guarantee. This product is a study aid. We make no representation that use of this product will result in passing the CMPC examination.
5. Modifications. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
6. Governing Law. These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
Refund Policy
Because CMPCprep.com is a digital product with immediate access granted upon purchase, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued after access has been provided.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the product, contact us and we will resolve it promptly. Technical issues do not constitute grounds for a refund but will be corrected.

What we collect. When you purchase, we collect your name, email address, payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card details), and your planned exam date. We also collect basic usage data (questions answered, scores) to power your progress tracking.
How we use it. Your information is used to provide access to the product and to send exam-related communications you have opted into by providing your exam date. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Third parties. We use Stripe for payment processing and Mailchimp for email communications. Each has its own privacy policy. We use Netlify for hosting. Basic analytics may be collected to improve the product.
Testimonials. If you share feedback about your experience or exam outcome, we may use it anonymously as a testimonial on this site. We will not attribute any statement to you by name without your explicit consent.
Your rights. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. California residents have additional rights under CCPA. EU/UK residents have rights under GDPR.
